Daniel Blake Logan, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Daniel Logan is a native of Columbus, OH. He attended The Ohio State University as a Glenna Joyce Scholar and graduated with a degree in Chemistry in 1997. Dr. Logan later graduated Valedictorian of his class at The Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in 2002. While at KSUCPM, Dr. Logan received the Wally Wiseman Surgical Excellence Award for Proficiency and Demonstrated Excellence in Podiatric Surgery. He also received the William F. Todd Award for Excellence in General Medicine and the Timothy Holbrook Memorial Award for Excellence in Foot & Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine presented by the American College of Foot & Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine.

Dr. Logan then went on to three years of Surgical Residency Training at the Cleveland Clinic.  Dr. Logan is Board Certified in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery by The American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery.

Dr. Logan is a Fellow of The American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons and The American College of Foot & Ankle Orthopedics & Medicine. His specialty interests include lower extremity wound care, treatment of the diabetic foot, and reconstructive surgery including complex deformity correction with internal and external fixation.

Dr. Logan is a frequent lecturer on the medical and surgical management of foot & ankle conditions and has authored numerous medical papers for publication.  He also has extensive experience teaching surgical techniques and consulting for research and development of medical devices.  Dr.  Logan is currently the Director of the FASCO Reconstructive Foot & Ankle Surgery Fellowship.  He is currently a candidate in the Harvard Medical School Global Clinical Scholars Research Training Program.
